Accounting for PPP Loan Forgiveness

Kathryn Pittman is an Associate Tax Director in the P&N Tax Services Group. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Associate in the Tax Group at a regional law firm where she worked with clients on a variety of multi-state tax issues including advising on state credits and incentives. She has also worked in the state and local tax group of a national law firm advising Fortune 500 businesses on complex state and local tax matters.

Benjamin Vance, CPA/ABV, is a Director in the P&N Consulting Services Group. Benjamin joined the firm in 2009. He has performed business valuations in estate and gift matters, litigation support, sales and acquisitions, and shareholder transactions. He has experience providing transaction advisory and diligence services, financial modeling, and other consulting services. Benjamin speaks and has been published at a local and national level on valuation and related topics.
