Contractor Q&A with Seefried Industrial Properties

BRAC, LED and the Office of Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome invite companies in the construction trade and material supplier sectors to join representatives from Seefried Industrial Properties and The Conlan Company to learn more about upcoming bid opportunities related to the construction of a distribution center at the Cortana Mall property. Seefried Industrial Properties will provide an overview of requirements of the project and how to plug into and provide bids to The Conlan Company, the general contractor on the project that will be pricing the opportunity. Bid packages are expected to begin going out in May. Webinar participants will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the project.
